Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
✅ The item must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
❌ Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., opened beauty or health items)
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at contact.omnixstore@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OMNIX STORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the courier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process to the best of our ability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, we may not be able to stop the processing and shipment of your order. Contact us at contact.omnixstore@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
